Kia Ora Jordan,
ReplyDeleteClimate change is a scary topic, but I like how you have focused predominantly on the urgency at which action must be taken as well as the effects that will occur if humanity refuses to change its ways. It’s always important to focus on facts and think about the consequences, especially on such a global issue, so I like how you have methodically created your slideshow and supported it with evidence. Well done.
I think you’d be pleased to know, governments are starting to take it as a real threat though. Lots of new legislation shows great promise in making change, but it’s posts like this that spread information that help people fight for our planet. A lot of people don’t even know what climate change is, let alone what it will do, so it’s up to us to spread information.
Starting the conversation has had a lot of amazing effects so far. World bee populations have started rising which is essential for feeding everyone and spreading pollen to grow crops; and a lot of work has been done putting in greener energy sources like wind turbines and solar panels. I believe we can slow down climate change, and I think we’re finally heading in the right direction.
I try to use less rubbish myself to help, and I use a lot of public transport like buses to cut down my carbon emissions. What do you do?
Perhaps you could intersperse your graphics at the end throughout your facts to enhance the reading experience. If you need help or inspiration to do this, look at these tips for making eye catching blog posts
